The above rates are based on a 45-50 minute session and are valid through 09.30.10.

If you and your therapist make a decision to use extra time, appropriate fees apply.

Fees are to be paid at the time services are rendered.

Payment may be by cash, check, and select credit cards. No refunds.

Client files will be closed after a 30 day lapse in services.

Insurance
We try to keep our rates reasonable and affordable. We can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement through your Insurance Provider, Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account. Our therapists do not accept or file health insurance as payment but will be happy to provide you with a receipt for services which can then be submitted to your respective provider for reimbursement. The client's insurance company will determine if they pay for therapy services. Please note it is the client's responsibility to know the type of mental health coverage the client carries as well as the limits of that coverage.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. No refunds.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks in addition to session fees due.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Our therapists work on a scheduled appointment basis and arrange a specific time to be there for you. Clients are required to give a minimum of 24-hours notice when cancelling an appointment, at that time you can reschedule at no extra cost to you. If you cancel, no show, or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice there is a fee of $40.00.
